1. Order Acceptance

β€’ We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, errors in product pricing, or other issues.

2. Pricing & Payment
β€’ All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
β€’ Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. We accept Credit or Debit card, Afterpay, Clearpay, Paypal and Apple Pay.
β€’ Letty Beauty reserves the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

3. Shipping & Delivery

β€’ We aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days.
β€’ Delivery times may vary based on location and courier.
β€’ Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Letty Beauty is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

4. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy, we offer a 30-day full refund for products that are unused and unopened.

Important details:
β€’ Eligibility: Only unused, unopened products in their original packaging are eligible for a refund.
β€’ Non-refundable items: Opened or used products, gift cards, and sale items (unless defective) are not eligible.
β€’ Return request: Contact our customer service team at support@ladtradeltd.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
β€’ Return shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
β€’ Refund processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
β€’ Partial refunds: Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion if items are returned in a condition not suitable for full resale.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
β€’ If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
β€’ We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
β€’ Please provide photos or other documentation to help us resolve the issue quickly.

6. Exchanges
β€’ Letty Beauty does not offer exchanges for opened or used products.
β€’ Exchanges for unopened items are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

7. Product Information & Allergens
β€’ We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, ingredients, and images.
β€’ Due to individual sensitivities or allergies, customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients prior to purchase.
β€’ Letty Beauty is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from product use.

8. Limitation of Liability
β€’ To the maximum extent permitted by law, Letty Beauty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products.
β€’ Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question.
