1. How do I place an order on Letty Beauty?
Simply visit lettybeauty.co , browse our collections, and add your favorite products to your cart. Once you’re ready, click the cart icon and proceed to checkout. You’ll be asked to enter your shipping address, contact information, and payment method. You’ll receive an order confirmation email within minutes.
2. Do I need an account to place an order?
You can check out as a guest but we recommend creating a Letty Beauty account to:
• Track your order status and history
• Save your shipping details for faster checkout
• Earn points and rewards
• Receive early access to product launches and promotions
3. How do I know my order was successful?
Once your order is placed, you’ll immediately receive an order confirmation email with your order number, summary, and payment details. If you don’t receive it within an hour, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact support@ladtradeltd.com so we can confirm it for you.
4. I entered the wrong address or contact information, can I change it?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please email support@ladtradeltd.com right away with your correct address and order number.
Because our team processes orders quickly, updates are only possible within 1 hour of placing your order.
5. I accidentally ordered the wrong shade or product. what should I do?
We understand mistakes happen! Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and if it hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll try to make the change. If it’s already been shipped, you may return the item (unopened) once it arrives.
1. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Once your order is confirmed, our warehouse begins processing it immediately to ensure quick delivery. Therefore, cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of order placement.
After that window, we can’t guarantee cancellation but we can help with a return or exchange once the parcel arrives.
2. Can I add or remove items from my order?
Unfortunately, we can’t modify the contents of an existing order once it’s confirmed. You’ll need to cancel the current order (if still possible) and place a new one with your updated selection.
3. Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, we’re unable to make address changes. However, depending on your courier, you may be able to update delivery preferences directly through your tracking link (e.g., redirect to a parcel shop or schedule a new delivery date).
4. I received a cancellation email but didn’t request it — what happened?
Occasionally, orders are cancelled automatically if an item becomes out of stock or if there’s a payment verification issue. You won’t be charged for cancelled orders, and we’ll notify you if a restock is coming soon.
1. My order arrived damaged, what should I do?
We’re so sorry for the inconvenience! Please email support@ladtradeltd.com within 7 days of receiving your order with the following details:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged packaging and item
• A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or process a refund immediately.
2. I received the wrong item or shade.
Apologies for the mix-up! Contact our support team with your order number and a clear photo of what you received. We’ll send out the correct product as soon as possible and provide return instructions for the incorrect one if needed.
3. My order is missing an item.
Sometimes items from large orders may be shipped separately. Please check your order confirmation and tracking emails to see if another package is on the way. If everything should have arrived together, reach out to support@ladtradeltd.com so we can investigate.
4. My product doesn’t look or feel right, could it be faulty?
We take quality control seriously. If you suspect a product defect (e.g., unusual texture, leaking, or missing seal), stop using it and contact us with photos and your order number. We’ll review it and arrange a replacement if needed.

2. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through encrypted and PCI-compliant gateways. Letty Beauty never stores or shares your payment details.
3. My payment was declined. What should I do?
Double-check your card details, billing address, and available funds. If the issue persists, contact your bank or try another payment method such as PayPal.
4. Will I be charged international fees?
If you’re ordering from outside the UK, your bank may charge a small international transaction fee. Please check with your payment provider for details.
1. How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. You’ll receive an email notification once your refund has been issued to your original payment method.
2. I used a discount code, how will that affect my refund?
Refunds are based on the amount actually paid, not the product’s full retail price. Discount codes and promo vouchers are non-refundable and won’t be reissued once used.
3. What if I haven’t received my refund yet?
After we process your refund, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account depending on your bank. If it’s been longer, please contact your payment provider or email us for assistance.
1. What is Afterpay and how does it work?
Afterpay allows you to shop now and pay later in four equal interest-free installments, billed every two weeks. The first installment is due at checkout, and the remaining payments are automatically charged to your linked card.
2. Who can use Afterpay?
You must be 18 or older, have a valid debit or credit card, and live in a country where Afterpay is supported.
3. Can I return an order I paid for with Afterpay?
Yes — once your return is processed, Letty Beauty will notify Afterpay to adjust your payment schedule. If you’ve already paid some installments, Afterpay will refund the amount directly to your card.
4. What happens if I miss an Afterpay payment?
Afterpay may charge a small late fee. Please contact Afterpay directly if you need to update your payment method or schedule.

1. What are your shipping options and costs?
• UK Standard Delivery: £3.95 (Free on orders over £40)
• EU Delivery: From €7.95

2. What courier will deliver my parcel?
We partner with trusted carriers like Royal Mail, DPD, Evri and DHL, depending on your location.
3. What if I’m not home when my parcel is delivered?
Most couriers will leave a card or digital notification with instructions to reschedule or collect from a local depot. Some may leave your parcel in a safe location if authorized.
1. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Letty Beauty ships worldwide! Please note that certain restricted items (e.g., aerosols or alcohol-based products) cannot be shipped to all countries due to air transport regulations.
2. Can you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?
Unfortunately, we can’t ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or military addresses at this time.
1. Will I have to pay import duties or customs taxes?
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees determined by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
2. How can I estimate customs charges?
Please contact your local customs office before ordering. Charges vary by country and are based on the total value of your order and product category.
RETURNS
1. Can I return a product if I change my mind?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns for unused, unopened products in their original condition and packaging, within 14 days of delivery.
2. What products are non-returnable?
• Used or opened beauty products
• Sale, promotional, or bundle items
• Free gifts or samples
Exceptions may be made for faulty or damaged products.
3. What if my product is faulty or damaged?
Please contact support@ladtradtd.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

2. Who covers return shipping costs?
If you’re returning due to a fault or error on our part, Letty Beauty will cover the shipping cost. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return postage fees.
3. How long does it take to process my return?
Once your parcel is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund or replacement to be processed. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s complete.

Yes — absolutely.
Letty Beauty is proudly 100% cruelty-free. This means none of our products, ingredients, or finished formulas are ever tested on animals at any stage of development.
We work exclusively with trusted manufacturing partners who share our ethical values and adhere to EU and UK animal testing bans, ensuring our products meet the highest global standards of compassion and quality.

2. Are Letty Beauty products vegan?
All of our products are vegan-friendly, meaning they contain no animal-derived ingredients or by-products.
We’re constantly expanding our vegan lineup and clearly label all vegan products on their individual product pages for your convenience.
If a product isn’t listed as vegan, it may contain a small amount of ingredients such as beeswax or carmine, which are naturally sourced.
Transparency is everything to us so you’ll always know exactly what’s inside your beauty.
3. Are Letty Beauty products halal?
While Letty Beauty does not currently hold official Halal certification, our formulas are carefully developed to align with Halal-conscious values wherever possible.
This means:
• We do not use alcohol derived from non-Halal sources.
• We do not use pork or animal-derived ingredients in our vegan-certified products.
We’re exploring official certification options for the future as we continue to grow and expand our product line.
