They apply to all suppliers, subcontractors, and third-party collaborators within the Letty Beauty supply chain, no matter where they are based.

2. Business Partner Expectations:

We carefully select our business partners because they are extensions of the Letty Beauty brand. We expect partners to:

  • Comply with laws and international standards , not only local regulations, but also global conventions on labor, trade, human rights, and the environment.
  • Operate transparently, sharing supply chain information, practices, and certifications when requested.
  • Collaborate for progress , working alongside us to raise standards, embrace innovation, and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate accountability, ensuring their suppliers and subcontractors also comply with these standards.

Together, we are building not just a business, but a sustainable, ethical beauty movement.

3. Partnership & Accountability

  • Compliance Monitoring: Letty Beauty reserves the right to request audits, third-party inspections, or documentation to verify adherence to these standards.
  • Transparency: Partners must provide accurate and timely information about their operations and supply chains.
  • Shared Responsibility: If challenges arise, we commit to working with partners on improvement. Where violations are severe or deliberate, partnerships may be terminated.

4. Legal & Ethical Business Conduct:

Letty Beauty demands the highest standards of integrity.

  •  Compliance with Laws: All partners must comply with applicable national and international laws. Where laws conflict with these standards, we expect compliance with the higher principle.
  •  Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption: Zero tolerance for bribery, corruption, or improper payments. Partners must comply with the UK Bribery Act, the FCPA, and all similar laws worldwide.
  •  Gifting Policy: Modest, infrequent gifts that reflect cultural norms are acceptable. Cash, gift cards, or items intended to influence business decisions are strictly prohibited.
  •  Competition Law: Partners must follow fair competition and anti-trust laws, avoiding collusion, price fixing, or abuse of dominance.
  •  Trade Restrictions & Sanctions: Partners must respect all international sanctions, trade restrictions, and export laws.
  •  Money Laundering Prevention: Partners must take appropriate measures to ensure operations are never used as vehicles for money laundering.

5. Labor Practices & Social Responsibility:

Letty Beauty has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of exploitation.

  •  Child Labor: Prohibited under all circumstances. No one under 15, or younger than the local legal minimum, whichever is higher, may be employed.
  •  Forced Labor: Absolutely forbidden, including bonded labor, slavery, trafficking, or coercion.
  •  Voluntary Employment: Employment must always be entered into freely, with clear communication of terms. Workers must be free to leave in accordance with applicable law.
  •  Fair Wages: Employees must receive at least the legal minimum wage, or the prevailing industry standard, whichever is higher. All legally mandated benefits must be provided.
  •  Working Hours: Partners must comply with legal limits on working hours and provide rest days in line with local laws.
  •  Non-Discrimination: Employment decisions must never be based on race, gender, religion, disability, sexual orientation, age, nationality, or other protected status.
  •  Respect & Dignity: Harassment, abuse, intimidation, or inhumane treatment of workers is strictly prohibited.
  •  Freedom of Association: Employees must be free to organize and join representative bodies in accordance with local laws.
  •  Health & Safety: Safe, clean, and healthy working environments are mandatory. Where housing is provided, it must also meet these standards.
  •  Migrant & Contract Workers: Migrant and agency workers must receive the same protections as direct employees. Confiscation of identification or unfair recruitment fees is strictly forbidden.

  •  Legal Compliance: Partners must comply with all environmental regulations in their region.
  •  Climate & Resource Responsibility: Partners must work to minimize greenhouse gas emissions, water consumption, and energy waste.
  •  Materials & Waste: Use recyclable, reusable, or responsibly sourced materials wherever possible. Packaging should be minimized and environmentally conscious.
  •  Biodiversity Protection: Partners must protect ecosystems and avoid sourcing practices that harm communities or nature.
  •  Animal Welfare: Letty Beauty is cruelty-free. No partner may engage in animal testing at any stage of production.
  •  Continuous Improvement: We expect partners to set goals and make measurable progress in sustainability year on year.

7. Security & Loss Prevention:

Partners must implement measures to protect:

  •  People – ensuring the safety of staff, contractors, and visitors.
  •  Information – safeguarding confidential data and intellectual property.
  •  Assets – securing products, materials, and resources from theft or loss.
  •  Finances – preventing fraud and misuse of funds.

8. Addressing Non-Compliance:

When violations occur:

  •   Corrective Action Plans: Partners are expected to act immediately to address any issues.
  •  Collaboration: Letty Beauty may provide guidance where appropriate.
  •  Zero Tolerance: For serious, repeated, or deliberate violations, partnerships will be terminated.

9. Review & Continuous Improvement: These standards are living guidelines. Letty Beauty commits to reviewing and updating them regularly to reflect evolving laws, industry best practices, and sustainability goals. We expect our partners to evolve with us, embracing higher standards over time.
